Art collective Popinnart at Art The Hague
Without a doubt the most outstanding booth at art fair Art The Hague, celebrating 100 years of Women's Voting Rights. The 40 artists of art collective Popinnart presented themselves in a striking way.
Queen Máxima of the Netherlands visited Popinnart's booth that had a femninist touch.
To close the gender wage gap of 6%, all men who bought art had to pay 6% more for artworks.
All art was especially made for the art fair and round.

Article in largest national newspaper De Telegraaf, about the booth of Popinnart, where men had to pay 6% more when they bought an artwork, to close the gender pay gap. We chose the most positive calculation; many say the gender pay gap in the Netherlands is 13%-16%.
